I'm 64, still working Male. I've been using Sunsoil since mid may. The normal aches and pains in my back and knees, are much less noticeable. I have been ingesting a 20 mg spoonful a day. Also my BMs have improved. Also have used topically on my fingers and wrists, when they ache. Im very satisfied, and usually reluctant to review, but this stuff works for me.
