I started using sunsoil cbd oil capsules that a friend recommended to me. I am on my 3rd bottle which I take 2/day. I sleep better and it also helps my rheumatoid arthritis. Because of this CBD capsules that I take, I have cut my precribed medication to 1 pill per day. Happy camper.
