Called and requested an urgent Level 2 homebuyers report on a property I am purchasing. Estate agents were contacted the same day and appointment was booked for 2 days later. I received a detailed report less than 24 hours after the visit and a phone call from the surveyor to go through the report and he answered any questions I had. This has put me in a great position to renegotiate the sale price of the property with the vendor and save a lot of money.
