I started with the cream(cocunut) gummies and spray. I took for 1 wrek to get in my system, and went on tanning bed and could see results after the 1st session. The spray doesn't last very long, but I feel this is the main stuff that makes a difference. I have now ordered more and had 3 sunbed sessions and have a fab colour. It's so nice to have a natural healthy looking tan that just needs a top up on a sunbed once a week to maintain.
