Well I suppose as the end in line supplier, its not really Telrex's fault that 50% of the 3 x Poly P5 video cameras and 3 x Plantronics Blackwire 5220 didnt work plug and play out of the box as advertised.
It took 3 hours online with Poly support and 2 hours before that trying to sort it myself to get 1 of the 3 devices working and 2 have been returned under warranty and I now have to wait to get them redelivered! What sort of a company (Poly) can sell 6 items and have 3 of them not work as advertised. Its disgraceful.
That said Telrex have handled the return process professionally by phone (well all except the counter staff who had to be cajoled into giving me a return receipt!).
Also the Poly support staff were relatively accessible (short wait times), competent and easy to understand.
