Great customer service. Order was dispatched the same day. Had an issue with the delivery through Startrack (no fault of Telrex, the delivery driver kept going to the wrong address), and Graeme did everything he could to assist with resolving it, even offering to have someone drop my order off on their way home from the warehouse if it didn't turn up. Couldn't be happier with them.
