I contacted Telrex a few months ago about earbud tips. Unfortunately they were out of stock but the helpful guy told me they would call when they arrived. True to his word I received the call and organised to collect them that same day. He made sure I had the correct address and was very pleasant on the phone. On arrival to collect them I was greeted by another helpful team member. It’s becoming quite rare these days to get such great customer service from a company. Highly recommend Telrex.
