I have had a Plantronics lifter and headset for approx 19 years and the battery finally went flat on the headset. I rang Shannon to organize a battery he gave me a quote I paid on the quote, sent him a copy of the payment and had the battery within 48 hours. Very efficient service and a pleasure to do business with a company that treats their clients like that.
