Purchased a headset to connect to an office phone. The package arrived promptly but, when we hooked it up, the microphone did not seem to work. Upon calling Telrex, they were able to confirm that we were doing everything right but suggested some things to fix the problem. It was quickly solved with their help. Very helpful!
