Previously, I bought my headset from another company and between them and the post, my package was lost. They wouldn't send out a new one until the one they already sent out was returned. I new that would be impossible because aus post is struggling at the moment. I got a refund and bought it from Telrex. It came the next day. Super impressed, the price was a bit higher, but it was worth it for it to arrive on time. It's nice when you feel cared about.
