Unfortunately the watch I chose and received was nothing like I expected. The “so called” leather band was like a hard plastic kids play watch. The face of the watch was just OK, nothing at all as described. It was shipped in a “bag” no box with any protection to prevent any damage that could have occurred. Nonetheless, I packed it in bubble wrap, boxed it in a sturdy box, insured it and sent it back. Confirmed it was sent via email and checked the status of the return. I had already tracked the shipment and it arrived 2 days after I sent. That was over 2 weeks ago and still no credit has been processed on my card. Emails are now being ignored. I would advise not choosing these folks if you are looking for a watch. Their site says the product is made in Switzerland. That’s a joke, try Hong Kong! Returned the junk and can’t get my money back. They don’t respond to my emails and the item has been confirmed via my Method of shipping that it was received 2 days after the shipment return date. Don’t make the mistake I did and lose your money.
