I ordered the Electricianz XO as an early backer on Kickstarter- I liked the design and have always been interested in the brand. The watch was very light but the lume absolutely did not work at all making it useless in the dark or even dim lighting. I reached out to the manufacturer in case I got one where the lume was not applied and asked twice but in weeks have received no answer. This is the cheapest so called Swiss watch I have purchased and with absolutely zero customer service for a defective product, I won’t be looking to any Electricianz product in the future
