Dear Bonniemob team,
I ordered two beautiful dresses, please see the order confirmation below.
My daughter was wearing the pink one twice now (not to Kindergarden or anything intense) and this is how it looks:

The hem is completely fringed. This is not the quality I expected. I would appreciate a replacement with a new one.
