My company ordered for me a GT line ( Peli style) waterproof toolcase .
When it arrived I realised I’d picked a case that was too big for my needs .
I contacted The Case Shop for an exchange and their returns / customer service was second to none .
Good communication, and once they had received the case from me the exchange was fast and satisfactory.
Would use again .
