Love the concept & I think once they nail the customer service I would easily give it 5 stars. My biggest issue is that every time I’ve tried to send back a box (when a new one is delivered) the DPD team have been unable to pick it up as it hasn’t been logged. The issue seems to be that it hasn’t been logged as a pick up as well as a delivery. I’ve then had to get in contact with customer service myself and sort it. They are very friendly at the other end, but it’s quite a lot of faff. I’ve stuck with it as I know they are a small business just starting out and I want to support the concept, but I hope they manage to fix that element going forward. That being said, every time I’ve had an issue with an item, they’ve sent a replacement ASAP which has been much appreciated and definitely kept me coming back!
