The customer service is super fast and solve any issue you may have so quickly, I'm impressed. The clothes are gorgeous and when the item I wanted wasn't available, I could quickly choose another item. All smoothly. I would like to see better pictures and description of the items such as the composition of the fabric, a bit of story on the brands and bigger sizes availability for inclusivity. I wanted to try fashion rental to see if it was my cup of tea, which now I can confirm it is not. I will probably rent in the future for special occasions like trips, parties, or when I want to treat myself.
