delivery and collection on time. i had a mixture of new and used items. items clean but some VERY creased (this could be improved. customer service is fantastic. also quick response. i may struggle in the winter unless there is a very big selection as i do not wear dresses and would not buy/rent trousers online.
overall i am very impressed
