Positives: The items were as expected and arrived quickly.
Areas to focus on:
1- The packing has to improve. The box was too big and it looked like the clothes had been thrown in it. They were not folded properly and were all wrinkled and looked shabby. I had to steam them.
2- More choice. The items I want are not available in my size. For this reason I may cancel my subscription in future.
