I ordered my first box and what arrived was gross. Everything was damp when I pulled it out. Also, all the sweaters were extremely shrunk. I'll be cancelling and returning all items unworn. I love the idea and would honestly rather have paid a higher subscription cost for good quality, dry cleaned items. I've previously used LK Borrowed that sends item in much better condition.
