The Hippie Shake are ACE. Not only are their pieces absolutely beautiful, but their customer service is excellent. I’ve ordered a number of items from them in the last few years and everything has been great. I’ve occasionally needed to swap sizes and the returns process was very easy. Recently a wrong item was mailed out to me, they responded very quickly to my message about it and within 24 hours they’d refunded my express postage (I really like that they’ve added an express delivery option to their shipping lately) I had my correct order and an amazing free gift by way of apology! I was so delighted and impressed with how quickly they resolved the issue, their generosity, friendliness and how easy they made the whole thing. They make gorgeous, slow, sustainable fashion that is truly beautiful, and whilst rooted in truly groovy 60s and 70s influence is also timeless - pieces to wear again and again. I will definitely be buying from them again and I hugely recommend them.
