I struggled to give this the third star, but maybe it’s just because I was able to see some of the products in person at the pop up shop. The first time I ordered something, the service and shipping was incredible. The quality of the garment was great, although one of the buttons was a different print than the rest of the garment, and it’s very noticeable. Other than this the overall quality is amazing. I started having problems, however, with my second order. If you are a shorter petite person like I am, The Hippie Shake trousers are simply unwearable, even at the smallest size, they are far too big. I went to exchange them for some other items, and the responses were very slow, and only came after I chased multiple times weeks apart. In this time the items I originally wanted to exchange for had sold out. This happened twice, the first time being before I even got confirmation to exchange, the second being while waiting for an update after having sent the parcel back. I am still waiting on my return/exchange to be processed after weeks, even though tracking says that the parcel was delivered back weeks ago. This is a real shame, as I really want to love this brand, and aesthetically it is beautiful, however after this experience I am unlikely to buy anything again unless I can see it in person. The sizing is unreliable, which is not a good thing when support takes this long to get back to you about returns.
