Bought a dress for my girlfriend that was too big and there wasn't a smaller size available. Having not read the returns policy correctly (because I'm useless) I'd well and truly screwed up her birthday present. I got in touch with the company to beg for forgiveness and a return...and low and behold they let me return it past the 14 days. I Spoke to Ailish who was incredibly helpful and personable. Couldn't preach their praises highly enough.
