One of my orders went missing (shipping company’s fault, not Hippie Shake’s fault), and Ailish was SUPER helpful in regards to finding out what happened with my package, and keeping me updated during the process. Once it was determined that my package was lost, Ailish gave me the option of a full refund or a reshipment of my order as there were still replacements in stock for the clothing I ordered. I chose the reshipment, and Ailish had my order shipped and the tracking number provided by the following day. Hippie shake has excellent customer service in addition to their amazing products, and I will definitely continue to buy from them!
