I have been using silicone Ibans with my medical details printed inside for a number of years. I change the band when my medication changes secure in the knowledge that should an emergency arise my details are instantly accessible.
I recently ordered a new band and instead of getting a 7inch I got the net size up 7.5 and find that more comfortable than one that fits exactly.
