I'm impressed by the company's efficiency. The band I ordered arrived really quickly, maybe two days after I ordered it. The package was ripped in the sorting machinery and it was delivered in a plastic bag with an apology but the band itself was unharmed. Maybe a stronger envelope or plastic envelope would be better, if it did not increase costs.
