My order was despatched very quickly. Overall a good quality product and once fitted to the size of the wrist, it is comfortable to wear and looks great but, adjusting the strap length and feeding it through the part of the mechanism where it is gripped wasnt exactly easy for me but with perseverence I managed it. If you haven't quite got the correct fit, to adjust it involves releasing the mechanism "teeth" which isn't very easy. I appreciate the mechanism "teeth" must be sturdy otherwise the wrist strap would become dislodged and fall from the wrist but it did need a "bit of welly" to open it allowing me to resize the length of the band.
