Order was processed and delivered very promptly. I found the bracelet is good quality and very well written etc. Due to Brexit I had to pay e5.00 VAT plus a precessing fee of e4.95 to Irish Customs, a total of e9.95 extra. I think this could have been avoided if you had written your invoice differently. Perhaps it is something you should investigate for the benefit of your Irish customers
