Very Efficient company. Prompt delivery . I had hoped that the black engravable necklace would’ve had bigger lettering and been more obvious to read but it will do as long as somebody looks at it carefully . The printing does not stand out and definitely could have been bigger . I also have a bracelet and I think the printing stands out a bit better on the stainless steel part.
On the whole though I am satisfied and as long as paramedics / public think to look at the necklace or bracelet in emergency I should be ok
