Awful experience - if I could give zero stars I would. They sent the wrong product to me and then completely avoided my emails and live chat attempts to contact customer service. I have had zero contact back from them in 2 months! I tried to change the product for the right one and then returned the product to get a refund. Nothing! I have reported to Trading standards and will attempt to get a refund via the bank. Awful experience!
