Unfortunately, the long distance charge when you are on the mainland is a bit of a downside, also not being able to see reviews of the products like on most of the other websites is a limitation to the customer experience. I perfectly know that the matter is very subjective but in today's world reviews play a big part in online shopping. Customer service readily replied to emails and gave all the information needed within a day. Hopefully, the product will be as good as the company's reputation, time will tell.
