Very easy to order, excellent communications about the order, arrived in a very timely way and was well delivered. The mattress topper came with clear and easy care and set-up instructions, and is proving very comfortable. I like especially how well it keeps shape and place on the bed, bedmaking is easier! I ordered a cool topper, and would not say that it is noticeably cooler than the bed, but I'm a hot bod at times, so perhaps not the best to comment. The pillow also came with good care and set-up instructions. It IS very comfortable but it's a little too large for me and a little too firm. I would guess a larger person than me (5ft 4ins and quite a short neck) would find it just right, but I'm still adjusting.
