Absolutely first class customer service both online and in person. Delighted with the first set of tiles I purchased, so ordered a second batch of different tiles for another project.
I had tiles left over from the first order, so travelled to the store to return and purchase the second order. The staff in store were a delight to deal with and nothing was too much bother.
I'll definitely use again!
