Invaluable resource! Detailed and really helpful, I know it’s a lot of content but just the wonderful Facebook group with the adms reaching out to you when you have questions is a marvelous thing! I’m SO happy I decided to take a look at this again with my second daughter and I’m finally successfully breastfeeding my second, I’m amazed!
