Excellent resource fr starting swimming lessons. I purchased the bath plan as a pre-program for swimming in a pool, and it ewas super helpful and detailed.Very easy to follow. I practice this with my 8mo baby, and he enjoys it. Stress free practices of getting his face/head under water. I also reached out vis email with questions and got answeres very quickly. Highly recomend.
