I’ve been on the fence about doing ISR classes for my little one who is now 6 months. The handout from the water baby family have given me the confidence to start doing some things at home at my own pace to see how my baby does. I want her to learn to self rescue swim but I don’t want her to be traumatized by classes so I appreciate this resource that allows me to start teaching breath holds and things at our own pace and then I can decide if I want to teach her all of it at home or sign her up when she has some of the basics so it’s less scary.
