It was not important for me that the agency I worked with offered low rates. What I was looking for was someone that could provide me with the completion of my website in a week. I understood that the task was urgent but hey I was ready to pay extra. The Web Founders understood that and was able to cooperate with me. I gave them the contract and explained what I was looking for. The only thing that worried me that they would not be able to live up to their promise. However, that was not the case and they were able to deliver before they had promised.
