Not happy. Been with this company four years... DD bounced yesterday by genuine mistake and within 24hrs they were demanding a £45 fee for the policy to remain active. Was told not to bother making a complaint would be wasting my own time. Had no choice but to pay and of course they immediately set the DD back up no issues with the click of a button. Thieving ***ts.
