Overall, my experience has been wonderful! I returned items multiple times with you all, and the process was very easy. I was even able to ship myself the replacements before sending you back the old items which is a huge plus for me. I can be difficult for me to get places right away, so having that buffer time was very convenient. The items themselves were lovely, as well. Customer service was execellent. I asked a question of Christmas and it was answered within 24 hours of me asking, I believe. Great service overall!
