After you wash, condition and put the paste in your hair you can definitely feel your hair to be thicker. Make sure you leave it in long enough. I’ve seen the difference between leaving it in for longer rather than quickly washing it out in the shower. Unlike other options I like the honesty in thix messaging - I’m aware this is not going to regrow all my hair but if it can look after what I’ve still got then happy days. So far so good.
