I’ve sent 3 emails and left a voice message over the course of several weeks after placing my order and I have received zero response. At this point, I believe the site is a scam. I am seeking a full refund through my credit card company. There a dozens of reputable on line watch retailers. I recommend you try any of them before considering placing an order with Timepiece Monthly.
