I signed up for the Sapphire Beta. The first watch I received I was somewhat disappointed with. It was a beautiful watch it just didn't seem like a great value for the Sapphire tier. The next day Alex reached out to me and let me know they actually sent the wrong watch by mistake and were shipping out my correct watch immediately. Mistakes happen, but what blew me away was the proactive response from TPM to make sure I was taken care of. The replacement watch I received absolutely blew me away. Value, specs, preferences were all met and exceeded. I am happy to say that so far TPM is exactly what i was hoping it would be and I am extremely excited to finally be a part of a real watch subscription service that delivers what they promise!
