In general, the service is excellent. There were a couple of instances where I had to send the paper back for revision, but they made the necessary corrections, and I ended up receiving an A on it. I would advise against waiting until the last minute to submit a paper, as you'll need time to send it back for revision, which usually takes around 1 to 2 days.
