Found your company when we still had not received our ink upgrade for our Roland truevis to update to the new ink system and we were in need of a megenta bag. You were a one day ship from us and we were told it would ship that day and make it to us next day which was perfect but it did not ship on the day we were told and cost us a day of printing. And if we were told straightforward we could have just upgraded shipping
