shipping costs are really high
the item i needed didnt come with all of the required parts to make it function
the customer service let me know that i needed to order another part
and that it couldnt be added to my current order because it had already shipped
so i made another order and paid shipping again
and what do you know when my items arrived they were all in the same box!!
hope the extra shipping charge was worth losing a customer
