Made my first purchase with this company recently. I ordered one roll of HTV and it arrived 2 days after I placed my order, which I appreciate. My issue is that they shipped the incorrect color to me. So I did an online chat with an employee and was advised to send an email with my order issue and someone would get back to me. The next response I received was someone asking if my issue had been resolved, to which I replied it hadn't - never heard back from that email. So, I did an online chat again and was told that a note would be sent to the appropriate department. Shortly after that I received an email stating "They will be shipping this out today" - that was a week ago and I haven't received my replacement, nor have I received a tracking number or any communication regarding the issue.
***After contacting online support for the third time they did ship out my replacement, and it arrived within 2 days ***
