I have no real complaints, the company is fine, the products so far are up to par, the only issue I had was in the shipping of the items to the wrong address, Not certain how this happened, because I surely put the address I live at, which is 30 Paugus Ave. It somehow, got tagged Paugus Street, and tho there is a Paugus street, there is no #30. So it was just left in some one's driveway. We tracked it down with a lot of legwork. But had to drive cross town to meet up with the guy (who was nice) But otherwise, I have no complaints. I wrote you company in an e-mail asking they correct my location on/for all future orders & was told they would look into it, Never heard anything back
