I’m a small customer, I don’t buy huge bulk orders. I have a screen print business as a side gig with my other businesses. When they were out of a certain tape I ordered rather than just taking it off the order or not shipping until the tape was in stock they took the time to call me and ask if they could substitute a different tape for me! That’s great customer service there. This was just a few dollars worth of tape on maybe a $400 order but they still took the time to take care of me. That speaks volumes to me. I’ve been doing business with these guys anyway but this makes me feel even better about continuing to do so and, if we grow in the future I know who takes care of their customers big and small
