The software is pretty easy to use once it's setup. I've had to contact TS twice for help (once setting up & another when my PC had issues) and both times the service rep was SUPER nice and helpful. They helped me through each issue step-by-step and easy to follow/learn. Best customer service I think I've gotten from anywhere in a very long time!
