I really like this software! To be honest, it has been a process to get it set up. However, their support team is readily available, knowledgeable and friendly which is most important. Especially Cindy and Laura! The live chat is great for quick questions and when you call in you immediately get connected to a person, and not some giant call-center but actually a customer service rep. Now that it is up and running it is so much better than writing checks every week. There are some barriers if you are using Right Networks remote desktop but really my only feedback point for the developers would be to allow you to specify which email address to send the auto remittance advice to rather than having to have it be the "main" email field in QuickBooks. We have to manually send remittance info as we need to keep the "main" contact for the vendors as the sales contact for PO submissions.
