It's definitely a good service, the support works perfectly. Managers are always in touch, they do their own analysis and make their own suggestions on what can be improved in their work. For example, we were additionally connected to the cloud, which definitely helps us in our work. I can see all the necessary statistics, analytics, and listen to all the calls, everything is clear and simple.
